Title: Philadelphia Cheese Steak Sandwich (Lower Fat)

Yield: 4 Servings

  Nonstick butter-flavored cooking spray
1cThinly sliced onion rings
1/2cThinly sliced green bell pepper
1/2cThinly sliced red bell pepper
12ozSwanky flanky steak; very thinly sliced
4 French or hoagie-style rolls, halved lengthwise
4ozReduced-fat cheddar or muenster cheese, thinly sliced

Coat nonstick medium skillet with cooking spray. Heat over medium-high heat. Add onion and bell peppers. Cook, stirring constantly, 2 to 3 minutes, adding a little water from time to time to prevent sticking and overbrowning. Preheat broiler. Divide sliced flank steak over opened rolls. Cover with onion mixture. Top with cheese. Broil, close to heat source, 1 minute or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
